Look At Me!
This is the very last picture of Timmy at age 5 years old. Tomorrow the little boy that we were told would not survive will be 6 years old! He has come a Loooong way since his birth developmentally. Last year at this time, he would have NEVER been able to stand up like this, not even for a short time. Tonight he stood by his bed unsupported for over 5 minutes.

Wow, check him out! That is awesome. We just celebrated 6 years, two weeks ago. Our babes are almost exactly the same age!
Donna, WOW!!! He looks AMAZING!!! Timmy never ceases to blow me away! Out of curiosity, to what do you attriubte these developmental bursts that Timmy has had? I've read many times that a year ago he couldn't do X, and now he's doing it. Do you think removing the trach helped? In any case, tell Timmy he is my hero! I hope Nathan follows in his footsteps!
